is a quality and services consultant with over 20 years in
industry. Barbara works with companies on their strategic
planning initiatives and improvement efforts in service delivery.
She has led process initiatives in call centers, field service
delivery, service business planning initiatives, and new service
definition and development. She was key to redefining a
13-location call center to one location, cutting costs by 60% and
improving overall satisfaction. In addition, she set up local
repair, reducing cycle time by 30% and lowering costs to customers
for repairs.
Professional Background
Prior to forming Sickle Brook Services,
Ms. Dove worked for LTX Corporation.
There she held positions as Director of Service, Director of
Quality and Reliability, and Director of Technical Publications
and Customer Training. LTX designs and manufactures test
equipment for the semiconductor test industry. She has also worked
at Computervision and
Apollo Computer in their service delivery and support
organizations.
