Beka Ruse
Beka Ruse is a skilled business analyst with
a wealth of real-world experience in process engineering.
Throughout her career, she has been a hands-on team member and
natural facilitator who helps bridge knowledge and process gaps
among interdependent teams. She has worked with development,
customer support, and management teams to identify areas with the
need for new processes, develop those processes, document them,
train affected teams, and ensure that they were fully implemented.
She has polished communications abilities and is comfortable
working with a range of audiences, including executives, senior
management, partners and customers.
Beka has conducted user and stakeholder
interviews, documented business requirements, and facilitated
business requirement reviews with representatives of the affected
groups and ultimately to the project sponsors. She is able to
understand the needs of the business and translate them into
meaningful system and technical requirements.
She has managed documentation development
across simultaneous projects, including creation of a
documentation tracking system to manage the hundreds of documents
associated with each project, as well as issues and tasks. She
has also developed training materials, including training content,
instructor guides, and management of training deliverables.
Beka has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics
from the University of Maryland at College Park, where she also
studied Computer Science and German. |
