Bob Nealon
Bob Nealon is a seasoned operations executive
with extensive experience in senior management positions for
leading manufacturing and information technology systems and
services companies. He is a change leader who specializes in
designing and implementing operational excellence programs which
yield improvements in customer retention,
operational performance and financial results. Throughout
his career, Bob has helped companies realize their growth
strategies by leading new internally developed as well as
acquisition-based programs. He is known as a leader whose inclusionary approach maximizes the
contributions of every team member.
Bob has served in a variety of functional
roles and has led many high-profile initiatives which involved
significant organization process and system changes. Bob has
led the implementation of management systems to support sales
organizations with staffs ranging from 15 to 5,000. Recent examples of such roles include:

President and Chief Executive Officer for Interlott (a
division of GTECH Corporation). After consulting with
GTECH on a number of acquisition projects, Bob was recruited to
lead the integration of the newly acquired Interlott business
unit. He integrated the companies’ operations according to plan
and leveraged the advantages of the combined entity to deliver
revenue growth and significant operational efficiencies. During
his tenure, Bob achieved a 100% competitive win rate and
produced record factory output. He also created a unique market
leadership position with innovative new connectivity
solutions. To create new growth opportunities, he led the
development of international product versions.

Vice President of Operations Planning and Business
Development for Genuity, Inc. Bob developed and
implemented programs to help sustain 50% annual revenue growth
and improve customer satisfaction and retention. He improved
operational and financial performance using competitive
benchmarking. Bob also led the operational support for the
launch of an Internet
hosting product which established new industry standards for
service delivery.

Chief Operating Officer for Information Mapping, Inc.
Bob was recruited into this leadership role specifically to
reposition the company for growth. During his tenure, he drove
20% revenue growth achieving record revenues, doubled
the number of European distributors, and delivered the company’s
first $1M profit. He built a news sales and management
team supported by a Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
system to sustain the company's growth. Additionally, he
engaged with an investment banker to evaluate strategic options
and prepared the company for sale which resulted in several
competitive offers.
Bob has a Masters of Business Administration
from the Boston College School of Management and a Bachelor’s
Degree from Boston College. He has completed the Advanced
Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He has
also served as an adjunct professor for the MBA program at Babson
