LLC, a firm he co-founded to represent QuestBack AS of Norway in
the US market. QuestBack AS is a leading feedback management
company in Europe and has over 3,000 customers across all
industry segments. QuestBack Boston markets, sells and supports
the QuestBack online feedback management tool for gathering,
analyzing and acting on feedback from key constituencies.
QuestBack Boston also offers value added services to help
customers develop and manage feedback processes, and analyze and
act on the data they collect. Prior to QuestBack, Cedric worked
for over 20 years in various corporate marketing, market
research and management roles in technology and telecom firms,
including Genuity, MediaOne and US WEST.
Working with Customer Centricity, Cedric has
helped organizations collect feedback from customers about the
customer experience and develop plans to address areas for
