Dave Leader

Dave is a seasoned operations manager with a proven track record in the managed services industry.  Dave has lead teams of operational and support professionals, as well as cross functional project teams designed to analyze and identify root causes for complex business issues.  His experience and customer focus provide him with a unique perspective that allow him to balance the realities of the business with the needs of the customer. 

Dave is known for his ability to assess operations and identify opportunities for optimization.  For example, in one position he saved his company over $20 million per year by redesigning and implementing new systems and processes to streamline the workflow of customer orders from the lead stage through to receiving cash for the services.  In another case, he was able to reduce billing errors to 2% and increasing customer satisfaction 32% while also reducing the labor required to support billing by over 30%. 

Dave's ability to lead cross-functional teams is critical to solving complex business issues.  In one organization, he re-designed the product development process in conjunction with Product Management to ensure that products delivered 100% on time.  In the same organization, he directed a cross-functional team that implemented a timed marketing campaign which re-launched the existing products resulting in a 20% increase in leads and quotes.

Dave has had responsibility for servicing and supporting customers of all sizes and industries.  This experience has helped him analyze and identify strategies that are both cost-effective and customer-friendly.  He also possesses a natural team development style, where he mentors and empowers team members.  This has yielded significant productivity gains, but has also provide opportunities for innovation in optimizing or eliminating processes that hinder success of the business.
