Harrison Kross is an experienced Principal
Program Manager with over 10 years experience in
Financial/Banking applications and systems. He has over 18 years
experience in Program/Regional management on four continents -
North America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Harrison is also an
ITIL Framework & SDLC Project Methodology expert. He has
consulted on ITIL, Zachman, and COBIT Framework programs and
created Project Management Office frameworks for many Fortune
500 companies, including iXL, Inc., Northrop Grumman, Rockwell
Collins, Unocal, Amgen, and Asian Development Bank.
Harrison regularly manages the P&L for $20
Million+ budgets and staffs of 50+ people. He is an expert in
MS-Office, MS-Project, requirements gathering, facilitating
Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, and writing
business and systems requirements documents. He also natively
speaks English; and has language skills in conversational French
