Jay Hoitt
Jay Hoitt is a professional consultant with
extensive experience as a program manager, project manager and
senior business analyst. Jay’s strong technical background
provides the foundation for his ability to deliver a diverse range
of projects. Jay has been project manager and lead analyst on many
successful projects across a wide spectrum of CRM, ERP, back
office and software development processes.

Significant leadership experience in all phases of software
project implementation process from idea to implementation.

organized the PRE Solutions PMO team and designed the new
implementation process.

methodology process for a data warehouse department.

development of Change Management, Application Support, source
code control and Release Management processes.
