Peter E. Ventola
Peter has over 20 years international
experience in the information technology, sales, customer service,
and supply chain functions. Before joining Customer Centricity,
he was a director with a global specialty chemical company in the
global CRM/Supply Chain Supply area. Peter’s experience in both
business and information technology makes him a truly unique
program manager for large implementation projects.
Peter recently finished a global CRM
implementation (over 600 users); the results were increased
revenues through improved opportunity management and a 50%
reduction in customer complaints via an improved ISO customer
feedback process. Peter managed the business process design,
systems functional/technical design, training, and implementation
for these and many other projects.
Through his experience in continuous
manufacturing, Peter has established an enterprise alignment
process aimed at improving service and costs. Peter also led a 27
plant ISO 9001:2000 certification effort at Cabot.
Peter is known for his organization and
people management skills. He successfully merged three customer
service groups from 3 locations and businesses into one efficient
center of excellence with one standard set of procedures.
Peter has degrees from Boston University
(MBA) and the University of Massachusetts (BA). Peter spends his
free time with Karen and their three children and is often found
watching or coaching the kids sporting events.
