Steven Larsen
is an expert at leading change, establishing and growing

profitability. Steven’s strong background in business, technology,
and services results from 20 years of diverse leadership
experience in start-up, high technology, and software businesses.
An
accomplished innovator and architect, Steven’s vision and
leadership has accounted for numerous improvements and
efficiencies in business performance, process, and management and
has contributed to notable enterprise growth and profitability in
the Telecommunications, Internet, and Software sectors.
Before
joining the Customer Centricity team, Steven served as Vice
President of Professional Services at Ensim Corp., a leading
provider of global hosted services, and TeleGea, Inc., a hosted
Voice-over-IP (VoIP) software services company acquired by Ensim
in June, 2005. Under his leadership, Steven successfully
restructured the services organization, revitalized its commitment
to customer delivery, and quickly achieved new levels of customer
satisfaction and revenue growth. He also played an integral role
in the acquisition and transition process.
Prior to
TeleGea, Steven co-founded Centricity Systems, Inc., an Internet
software consulting company specializing in Web-based business
solutions that optimize and improve end-to-end business operations
for customers. Steven is the visionary and creator of
xb|SiteServer, an innovative XML-based Web and Portal development
framework that allowed the easy creation and assembly of
mixed-media content and services into a cohesive Web-based
solution.
Before
starting Centricity Systems, Steven was at Nortel Networks serving
in various senior management positions in e-Business Commercial
Operations and Knowledge Management. Prior to leaving Nortel to
start Centricity Systems, Steven served as Senior Director,
Customer Implementation Services for the Americas, where he led
Directors and Managers to deliver mission-critical order
management, collaboration, CRM, and Supply Chain e-business
applications supporting $9 billion in annual electronic
transactions. Steven also held senior management and management
positions at Bay Networks, Wellfleet Communications, and Wang
Laboratories, leading the creation and deployment of several
innovative business performance and productivity solutions in
sales force automation, web-based information and content
management, proposal automation, knowledge management, and
training.
Steven
holds a BS in Computer Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Franklin
Pierce College in N.H. |
