As a Business Metrics Specialist, Bill has earned a reputation
for meeting managers' most critical reporting requirements. He has
delighted executives by exploiting existing IT capabilities to
deliver exactly what they needed.

As Metrics Program Manager, Bill developed reporting systems
for a number of departments at Genuity. He implemented the

Operations. He managed a system that tracked survey scores and
customer-facing operational measures to drive major Customer
Satisfaction improvement efforts (in 2002, the percentage of
customers that were totally satisfied with Genuity overall
increased 17%!). As part of an effort to improve the Product
Development process, Bill's reporting system gave senior managers
their first access to critical metrics and helped drive down
time-to-market by 30%.
Previously, at Intelligent Automation (a Brooks Automation
company), Bill carried out all reporting for the corporate
Balanced Scorecard. He developed employee satisfaction surveys,
resource tracking reports and tools for monitoring project budgets
and timelines.

Background:
Bill earned his MBA from BU and his BA in Psychology from Tufts
