Will O'Keeffe

Will O’Keeffe is a seasoned operations executive, with a record of achievement at starting up new businesses plus growing established enterprises in both the manufacturing and services sectors. Will is accomplished at evaluating businesses and operations, then planning and initiating strategic and tactical solutions that drive companies to the next level of success. His experience spans P&L responsibility, strategic planning, new business formation, operations management, acquisition integration, new business development, new product/service development, and supply chain management.

At Navisite, an application services company, he started and led the Professional Services Group delivering $1.2 million in revenue at 40+% gross margin within 9 months. Later, he took command of the Customer Services organization and reengineered company’s customer implementation process, slashing operating costs more than 50% and lead times 20% while increasing customer acceptance rates 50%. Will was also integral to the integration efforts between Navisite and ClearBlue Technologies.

Prior to joining Navisite, Will served in a variety of capacities, culminating with Principal, at Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath, a global operations management consulting firm. Here, he played a key role in building the Life Sciences consulting practice, with activities including targeted marketing, sales, and industry-specific service development. He was also instrumental in establishing the Benchmarking Group, designed to identify and implement industry best practices, with activities including recruitment and management of 5 analysts and creation of support tools and processes.

Will is an innovative and energetic leader, skilled communicator / team builder, and adept negotiator. He has a proven ability to develop and implement operational and organizational changes that improve companies’ competitive performance while increasing efficiencies, sales, and profits.
